Classes

All IN Fitness has two different experience levels for training groups. A senior/beginner level and a intermediate/advanced level for clients. By enrolling in the personal training program, you can choose which ever level class you want.

Beginner and Senior level exercise is great for anyone just starting out their wellness journey. For the beginner it’s designed to give you that knowledge and experience you will need to be successful in the next level class. For the Senior it’s a great place to stay for consistent strength training and cardio exercise. Both the Senior and Beginner will find this class motivating and supportive.

Intermediate and Advanced level exercise is great for anyone else outside that beginner level, EVEN SENIORS! This class is designed to take you from the basic functional stage into a athletic stage of movement. It’s great for any age as long as they do not have many physical limitations. Melissa is able to provide modifications when needed and is trained to help along-side your Dr. or Physical Therapist to help reach your goals.
